As in all businesses, everyone plays an important role within the team, none more so than our dedicated Accounts Team who handle queries efficiently ranging from service charge payments, through to end of year accounts.
To ensure the team always work within the industry guidelines, and are kept up to date with the latest legislation’s, they regularly attend training events.
The team offer a wide range of accounting practices, supported by leading industry software to allow the transparent and timely handling of accounts.
These include service and ground rent charges collating for end of year accounts, leaseholder payment plans and in-house credit control.
