- In addition to the general communal areas of an ordinary site, retirement developments feature communal lounges and kitchen areas.
- All of the retirement developments currently managed by ourselves have on site House Managers who are paid for through the Service Charges.
- Each retirement development features a Call Care facility- an important service that gives elderly residents peace of mind and continued independence. This calling system can summon either family or an ambulance, depending on the severity of the situation.
- Each property also features the added security of a CCTV system, ensuring a safer environment for all residents.
- OBMS Ltd meet with the Directors and Committee on a regular basis, ensuring we maintain our dedicated commitment to communication.
- Each development also benefits from regular resident meetings attended by a representative from OBMS Ltd to ensure everyone is kept up to date with matters concerning the site.
