Property Maintenance Services – What’s included?
Every one of our clients will have their own service charge account, and charges will pay for the cleaning of communal areas, gardens and car parks as well as the maintenance of communal electronics. It is always in our best interests to make sure the tradesman we use for property maintenance services offer good value for money because we never take profit from service charges.
Our experience has allowed us to build long lasting relationships with dependable tradesman over the years and we currently own or manage 85 sites, including more than 1300 apartments. All of our service charges can be paid in full at the beginning of the year, while they can also be paid in 12 monthly instalments.
