Established in 1992, Orchard Block Management Services Ltd and Orchard Business Services were purchased by John Socha in 1998. We also incorporate Abovechance Ltd. The company started with the freeholds to 18 sites with 243 properties. We now have 54 properties with nearly 1000 apartments.
The 3 companies under the OBMS Ltd umbrella are part of our business as a whole. Orchard Block Management Services Ltd is the main management company covering sites on behalf of Resident Management Companies, Private Freeholders and Developers. Orchard Business Services manages all sites to which John Socha owns the freehold. Abovechance Ltd is the management company for Latymer Court.
